“OK, I don't have all the hair I did even 15 years ago, but I love talented professionals who view life none-too-seriously, but still take their craft to heart. Hence, my barber (sorry Alicja, HAIRSTYLIST!) whom I have followed everywhere she's been in the last decade or more. A nicer individual you will NEVER meet and hopefully you will have the sense to utilize her amazing skills with the scissors and other tools of her trade.Great colorist (I see the results - but do NOT use!) and her secret is that she is trained as a MEN'S Barber as well. The shop owner, Bilyana, is a sharp & beautiful woman who had the great sense to give Alicja a home after the Covid crisis decimated small businesses and rents everywhere.I can tell you that this salon has everything you'll want and need in a beautiful little indoor arcade within a tragically underused shopping mall on the GoldCoast of Kenilworth/Wilmette right on the lakefront. Parking is literally right outside their back door unless you want to visit the other businesses in Plaza del Lago (my review elsewhere on it).-- a great idea of itself. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED“

I’ve always had a great experience (service, quality, clean and relaxing atmosphere) regardless of nail technician. I moved back to Chicago 1 year ago and I still travel up to Wilmette to go to Coco Nails because I can’t find another place that is as good and that I trust! I recently went in for my wedding manicure and got a Gel manicure and Regular pedicure (both Ballet Slippers). I guess Gel polish can come out slightly different than Regular Polish and the nail technician knew this so he combined a few coats of Ballet Slippers with 1 coat of Lisbon wants Moor in order to match the Gel polish in my manicure to the Regular polish in my toes. This was very thoughtful, shower strong experience, and I really appreciated the time and care that went into it! Thank you.“
