Lance is an excellent physical therapist. I have 3 good friends who spoke very highly of him in the past. So much so that I tucked his info away for future reference: Unfortunately this summer I was in need of PT so I reached out to Lance. He’s responsive to phone and email communication. He’s organized and easy to schedule with. Most importantly he doesn’t just follow the standard PT script but approaches each patient as an individual. He listens and thinks like a problem solver. Lance is incredible! He was referred to me by my Primary Care Physician and I'm thankful she did. He is a wonderful human being as well as a well-educated and talented DPT.

I had been ignoring back pain for years and when it became severe and wasn't going away, I knew it was time to try something new, which was Lance at Movement Solutions.

Lance really listened to me. He showed me stretches and exercises that were easy to work into a busy schedule and used his background in massage to help work through my really tight back muscles, giving me immediate relief. Lance was referred to me by a close friend. He has been amazing with helping me heal physically. I have seen Lance in the past year for severe low back pain. His background in massage therapy helped me tremendously. He talks with you to see where your at every time you see him and he works out the muscles with massage. He also gave me minimal exercises but the things he thought me I still use and were easy that I could do while brushing my teeth for instance. Amazing bedside manner and very professional. I was surprised to see he also follows up over time to see how your doing which was great. If I was not too far I would be seeing him every time I had a PT request.
