My technician by far is one of the most professional techs I have ever had. He came by on Wed night, diagnosed why my furnace wasn't producing heat, acquired a new circuit board and came back to install it. Heat is on and we couldn't be happier. He also mentioned the Empire Heating & Air Conditioning maintenance plan and newsletter, and I am signed up and ready to go. Definitely a company worth going to if you ever have furnace or a/c issues.

Our Central Air Conditioning went out over the weekend. Empire Heating & Air Conditioning (of the 5 companies we called) was able to schedule a service technician to our house the quickest - Monday morning! Mike quickly diagnosed both problems, ordered parts and returned Tuesday morning to get us back up and running during a hot week in Portland. Thank you Empire, and a special thanks to Mike who was prompt, funny and worked quickly!

The techs were very professional and did a good job with the AC replacement they did in my home. Their charges were average and reasonable. The technicians were also passionate and careful with every detail of the work. I will definitely use their services again.
