Our experience with Banner Literacy has been wonderful, thanks to Dr. Terrie Briggs. My daughter has been seeing her for almost a year and a half, and the progress has been incredible. Not only has she become a stronger reader, but she has also gained confidence and developed a genuine love for reading. Our 6 year old has been working with Terrie for a year. Terrie has been wonderful with our son in instilling habit of reading with hands on approach connecting with at him at his level with a deep understanding of reading interventions and strategies tailored to individual needs.The sessions are broken down into structural elements (reading, listening, paying attention, responding) that allows the child adapt with a free flow incorporating interactive game based models to engage a 6 year old.As parents we are we are able to stay involved taking Terrie’s insights about his learning style and strengths that we can continue to work on at home.Our son is very comfortable... read full review
