The young woman working Friday evening w a ponytail was the kindest, most helpful sweet individual I’ve ever come across. She spoke with me on the phone Thursday and answered all my questions then assisted me when I came in on Friday. I knew because she has the same helpfulness again when I came in. I wish I got her name. I have told already told my family how impressed I was by her. It makes such a difference and I don’t think I’ve recieved better customer service elsewhere so I had to write a review. Give this girl a raise or a bonus she is excellent!!!!!!!
I am not sure what is with the negative reviews on here but I have been tanning here for almost a year now and have the full unlimited membership. Just want to say that I have not had any problems whatsoever with billing or any of the staff! Everything has been very smooth and just as explained, all the stuff is beyond friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I would not pay attention to all the negative fake reviews and go try it for yourself and you will see that it is a salon as it should be, highly recommend it. Thank you staff, keep up the good work.
