The owner, Johnny, is pleasant, communicates well, and is readily available throughout the process. The installers are courteous and professional as well

15/10!! Cannot recommend enough!!! We were referred to Jhonny and Creative Floors through a friend. We reached out to several companies for bids on new carpet install and hardwood floor refinishing - CF was the most responsive and the most cost effective on both bids! We had new floors in less than a week! The crews were communicative, on time and very speedy, not to mention friendly and helpful, and their work is beautiful. CF is now our go-to for all our future projects and we plan to use them for a kitchen remodel as well. Thank you for helping us make this house a home!

Jonny and Creative floors are great to work with. There were a few hiccups along the way but Jonny came up with solutions. Our floors turned out great and we are very happy. I’d highly recommend to anyone looking to install hardwood.
