We are getting our family room floors done by a professional and in an effort to save money, we picked up the flooring from Chicago Hardwood to save on delivery fees. The gentleman who helped us is SO nice! And he is knowledgeable and easy to work with. The store is very clean too! I was very impressed and thankful that our hardwood flooring specialist works with Chicago Hardwood flooring.

It’s is very difficult to back into the dock door, but not impossible. I had to go on the sidewalk with my steer tires to be able to make it in with my long Volvo780. After that, very quick unloading.
