Over the last two years I have really enjoyed the service provided by Assured Air. I was a former client of Ascot and have both my furnace and AC serviced. Today I experienced a no show on a service call...I called and there was no record of the appointment. Tatiana, in the office apologized and a new appointment was scheduled. I will now remember to ask for a confirmation call the day before.
