Knowing I'll never hear from them again (not that I really did). I was just wanting my curb shaved. Spoke with someone right away. Not sure why they would call if they knew they didn't want residential. Gave them so much time and nothing. If you have a million dollar job, I'm sure they will be there for you. A $1500 job, just a lot of promises. Unfortunate because when they answer the phone, they're great. Other than that, nothing.
I ended up needing to remove 12 4-foot high concrete-filled steel pipe bollards from a parking lot. It was very important to have them cut flush to the concrete surface, and have it done quickly due to the crane coming the next day to have everything cleared out so they could get next to the equipment they were loading. Matt and his assistant showed up on time, worked like maniacs in rainy, cold weather and did the work in half the time I expected. There wasn't a fraction of an inch of bollards left above the parking lot surface, better than I thought could be done. I wish all contractors could be as capable as these guys were.
I just had Hard Rock out to scan and core drill on a project of mine. The communication from Jerry, scheduler, scanner and core driller were all a easy and professional experience. Thank you guys for making this a simple process for me.
