Excel Plumbing namely Mike provided great service, very professional, and was able to rod out a toliet that had a major clog. I tried 2 weeks spending a lot of money on products, that youtuber's swore by and nothing worked. Don't spend hundreds on stuff like white vinegar and baking soda, I bought 3 rods including a rod that I paid 280.00 for at a big box store, then I had to buy the special gloves (I called knobby gloves)for safety, then I tried the dawn dish detergent method, nope. Excel came out to assess our downspout drains. Luke explained to me the process they were going to perform to diagnose the problem. After 15 minutes Luke informed me the lines were clean- a few minor items that they were able to clean out. Very professional and honest!
