Jack and Taylor, both, gave outstanding service. Taylor did the initial call and narrowed the problem to an intermittent. Jack took the call the next day and found an initial installation oversight and tweaked the unit for more optimal operation. My kudos to both for their services. They did a great job fixing my furnace. They thaought it was needing a bigger cold air return because it wasn't getting enough air and no heat was coming out the vents. When they came to put in a larger vent the tech said he doesn't think that's the problem, it turned to be a small fix and turned a. very honest $1200 estimate into a $280 repair. Very honest
