Jack and Taylor, both, gave outstanding service. Taylor did the initial call and narrowed the problem to an intermittent. Jack took the call the next day and found an initial installation oversight and tweaked the unit for more optimal operation. My kudos to both for their services. My family has used Discount Heating and Cooling in Wheeling, IL for over a decade. I have always enjoyed the friendly and informative service provide during the regular maintenance visits. Never have I been more impressed than when my pet sitter called to say the house was cold. I called the office and quickly heard back from Doug, one of the owners. Despite having a number of other emergency calls, he was able to fit me in for service to get the furnace operating overnight.
