Jack and Taylor, both, gave outstanding service. Taylor did the initial call and narrowed the problem to an intermittent. Jack took the call the next day and found an initial installation oversight and tweaked the unit for more optimal operation. My kudos to both for their services. Our best wishes for the Holiday Season to them and theirs.
Discount Heating and Cooling was Greatly appreciated in my house after recent intermittent failure was VERY PROFESSIONALLY addressed by two VERY pleasant and ************************. ******, first took the call. He checked the unit over and, after some adjustments, asked us to monitor the unit and call if the problem re-occurred. ****, the second technician, took a look at the unit after it acted up again. He identified an installation oversight that was causing the furnace to have a conflict with the thermostat, corrected it after determining the thermostat was good, and proceeded to adjust and test the unit for more optimal operation. Called first thing in the morning to report my furnace was out. Doug arrived about 10ish, and promptly identified a part that needed replacing. Long story short, there was more to the problem. Doug said he had never seen this type of problem before. After over four hours of working on it, he was able to get the furnace running. Doug’s per-severance was outstanding. I can’t say enough about his performance and keeping me informed along the way. This company is the best! If you’re not using them, it’s your loss! Oh and BTW, their pricing is equal to or better than everyone else.
