I found Bernhardt Restoration through Angi and Atilio had reached out within a couple of hours on a Sunday to learn more about the project and was onsite taking a look within 48 hours. He listened to my concerns and worked with me to get the work scheduled to accommodate a difficult schedule around movers and other contractors. His team spent a whole day Sunday doing asbestos removal to get the job done. I appreciated that he was super communicative throughout the process, showing up on time, sharing updates throughout the day on progress and calling me to go through a debrief. “Had a fantastic experience with the people who picked up and delivered our rug, they were communicative, professional, respectful, and went above and beyond and helped me place a rug pad as well! Our rug came back clean and fresh!The one downside of this company was quality and reliability of the communication with the dispatch office. Despite this, would absolutely recommend this business!
