Hannah was super helpful. She and her co-worker took the time to explain the pricing of the contacts and glasses and even looked up the insurance for me. Though I am a VSP insurance member my account was not popping up in their system! They understood that I wanted to use my insurance for the contacts and glasses and not pay out if pocket for all of it. The best part was no high pressure sales tactics. They were not pushy or upset when I said I would unfortunately have to come back with the insurance information . Dr. Setork was very professional and through. She explained each test they did, why and the results. Very pleased and definitely will be back!

I had an amazing time at Vision Works. All the workers was was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product for my glasses. They explained all I requested and asked. Awesome experience
