I’ve been to this Ulta many times and the staff is always asking me if I need help when I come in. Had very nice cashiers at checkout in the past. I had issues with the Ulta app at my last visit while in store and one of the workers tried to help. It was very nice of her even though I wasn’t able to then end up seeing my account in the ulta app. I was trying to use it for the purpose of getting my ulta birthday gift and after attempting to access the app it didn’t end up showing the birthday gift code on my app.
