Empty place most of the time, but clean and nice people. Christine is the best I always have a good experience with her. I dont like rushed hair cuts and I wish they would use newer hair clippers they are super loud and annoying.Please update the phone number!!

Loved the treatment the few times, but then the last time I was there, the stylist put some product on my scalp without asking me first. I ended up with a 2 day rash on my scalp and back of my ears. I will assume it was lack of training or the desperate need to sell products for commission but either way, I recommend you never put a hair product on a customer's head without asking them first, as many people have skin allergies.

First time in this store. (3/16). A simple buzz cut with a 2 & 3 setting. Since I wore a hat prior, I told the young lady that she may have to wet it down. She went ahead a cut it anyway. Then decided to wash my hair. It looked uneven to me as she was drying it. Some stood up some hairs laid down. She decided to cut again. But kept it wet the entire time. So, when completed, it looked ok. Not perfect but ok. This morning after my shower, I could tell right away how uneven my hair was. That is why she kept it wet when re-cutting it. It looks terrible, Went to a competitor and they fixed it....for free! That is where I am going next time. Not back at Sports Clips in Wheaton....read full review
