I booked my first appointment there for the 10-year service and a full shave after receiving a gift card for Scissors and Scotch. Rafie, the barber, was very professional and knowledgeable about his profession. He explained everything he was doing after I told him how I usually have my hair cut. It was a great haircut experience from beginning to end. The hostess and bartender were also very welcoming. I would consider the membership if I did not live over an hour away!
Naperville location is incredible. I’ve been going here since before they officially opened. The staff here is always happy and excited to see and greet you. The complimentary drink after service hits the spot and the conversations are always great. This is a very clear redefinition of what getting a haircut should be.
I’ve gotten my haircut here twice now. Melissa is absolutely great. She works with me very well to understand what works for my hair. She’s an expert so if she has a recommendation I hear her out and trust the process. Scott is great for post appointment chat. He makes a great drink and is always helpful over the phone too!
