Horrible customer service by the owner. My dry cleaning was supposed to be ready Tuesday, I went Wednesday and it wasn't ready. When I went back Friday and saw the owner I asked for a discount, since it was late, and I had needed one of my items. She refused, wouldn't even give $1 off, and said it was because there was a spot on my dress and that took longer. However, when I went to pick up my order on Wednesday the lady had showed me my dress hanging there, and said that was ready, but the rest of my order wasn't.
So I know the owner lies. I will never return or recommend them.

I've only used the cleaning services (I always recommend people go to a dedicated tailor for significant alterations), but I find this place friendly and reliable. I really like the way my clothes look and feel when cleaned here - no smell, nice to the touch, not harshly and heavily pressed in the way that wears out your shirts. I buy quality clothes, dress sharp most days, and am a stickler for details. It may not be the cheapest, but it's environmentally friendly and your fine clothes will be treated gently and come out looking great. I like the location so I haven't felt the need to go elsewhere.

Great customer service. They see my car pull up and will have my clothes ready by the time I enter. They help me out to my cat if I have lots of clothes. Love going here just for the service. Cost doesn't matter.
