Highly recommend. Was having issues with breastfeeding and was looking for someone local who would make house calls. So glad I contacted Dr. Carol. She helped me with achieving a proper latch and taught me other tips and tricks that were so helpful. She was also able to reassure me our baby was getting enough from breastfeeding alone with a specialized scale. She weighed baby before and after a feeding. Every new mom should have a lactation consultant come to their house the day after they get home from the hospital. In most cases it is fully covered by the insurance! This was so extremely helpful especially when you’re overwhelmed and haven’t had time to read through all the stacks of information you were discharged with. Carol was absolutely fantastic and helped make sure I was using the right (hospital grade) pump to help establish my milk supply. Having these visits in-home makes it so much more manageable and helpful with a newborn. I would highly recommend Carol to anyone looking for a great LC!
