Our condo association had a total of 128 balconies that needed repair or replacement of rough sawn Cedar. They are the homeowner responsibility so AAA was cautious on the proposal at dividing out the cost so our association could do a chargeback for each of the unit owners. AAA was efficient, conscientious of the property, and fixed any minor imperfections. Dan and his crew were transparent and communicated well with our executive board throughout the project. Mother nature caused a few delays. To us this was a big job, and it's hard to please that many homeowners, but we are very happy. We definitely would recommend AAA for your Construction needs.
As a board member of a 23 building townhome association, I can’t recommended AAA more. They’re easy to work with, the painters are professional, and their quality of work gets better year after year. There’s a reason the association has been a long-standing client for years and will continue to use them as our exterior painter.
