Communication issues but ultimately made right. Brought in my car for service on Saturday morning. They told me that it would take most of the day. They never got in contact with me that day. They are closed on Sundays so I was left in the dark for what felt like a long time. They apparently made a mistake and made an internal comment on my ticket instead of replying to me. When I talked to him on Monday, he really owned up to the mistake and made it right with me. Wasn't flawless, but in the end I am happy with how it turned out

My buddy and I stopped by randomly at this showroom because I wanted to check the Model Y performance. We spoke to MUJ (Arozullah) and he patiently answered all our random inquiries re: Anything Tesla.Customer service was amazing but what made the experience even better was his thorough knowledge of everything that we inquired about. His attention to answering my questions as well as catering the conversation to further educated me about the car and the company was amazing.This interaction became “MY” experience.We got set up to test drive the Model Y and I basically walked away with such a positive experience that I clearly see a Model Y in my near future. =)

We took delivery of our new Model 3 from Mujahid. This is our first electric car, so we really appreciated Muhaid's attention to detail as he explained all the features and charging processes. Unfortunately we couldn't complete all the paper work during our visit, so Mujahid delivered the car to our house the next day and went over the car again with us. He even picked up our Audi that we traded in. WOW! I wasn't expecting home delivery now that life has somewhat resumed post COVID.
