One of the best decisions I made when building my home was to hire Stephanie Frees, owner and designer of Plain & Posh. Stephanie helped me customize my cabinetry throughout. Without her creative eye, we would have ended up with a builder basic design as she was able to provide the details we were looking for with custom and semi custom cabinetry. She went above and beyond and assisted me in creating dimensions that allowed me to scale and replicate a fireplace mantel design from my previous home. Plain and Posh is exceptional! We needed a creative approach to a small, awkward kitchen. We needed organization, storage and a plan that was equally as beautiful and functional. All of that in an older home with an outdated design. Stephanie met with us, understood our priorities and presented us with three design options that were amazing. Needless to say, our kitchen turned out beyond anything we could have imagined. Everything is gorgeous and top quality . She made use of every inch of space and stayed involved every step of the way. Stephanie was recommended to us by a neighbor who had a positive experience and we couldn't be more thrilled to have engaged her on our project. We are remodeling our kitchen and Stephanie has been invaluable in every aspect of the process - discussing overall design, explaining the renovation process, providing drawings, recommending local contractors, and directing us to reputable vendors. She accompanied us on vendor visits and helped coordinate an overwhelming number of choices to arrive at an up to date but timeless design plan.
