This place sucks! Do not use them! Contractors are a dime a dozen!!! Had them renovate 2 of my bathrooms. What a mistake! First of all the guys were an hour late, supposed to start at 8, but didn't start till 9, one day they didn't even show up. Hands out a lot of subcontract work! The owner says he has been doing this for 30 years and this is the first time he worked with this crew. Well how is that my problem!! The guys did mediocre work and charged too much. I asked for billing statements 3 times from the secretary. She never got backed to me. In a way it was a good experience, because now I know what to look for in a renovation company. And I will never use KH renovation and I recommend all of you in the Yelp universe not to use them, I hope more people with bad experiences with KH renovations speaks up and puts these guys out of business! You are only as good as your customers' reviews. I am not bitter because I have worked with great contractors. I hope this place goes out of business!!!!
