I experienced very good customer service with We Buy Records/Andy! I reached out via email on a Sunday, and received a response in less than 30 minutes! Two days later he came to view my modest collection, right on time, and clearly knows the vinyl business well. He bought most of my records on the spot and advised me how to donate the few he didn’t purchase (which I agreed with). If you want to sell your collection, this is the place to go!

It felt like a Christmas miracle stepping into this shop. My husband and I have been trying to build our vinyl collection but it can be so hard to find the albums/quality that we are looking for at reasonable prices. I popped in here to look for gifts (with my two young children in tow) and fully expected it to be a chaotic and brief visit. I knew that I had found something special, however, when I heard one of my favorite albums playing and saw a comfy couch for my kids to sit on as soon as I walked in. I took about 250 vinyl records into We Buy Records. Andrew shuffled through them and gave me a reasonable offer to purchase them. What was helpful, was that what determines high valued records and how the rest are valued. I came away feeling good about the experience.
