Love the customer service and the owner! They got styles for men and women plus, they do other beauty stuff which is a total bonus of why you should go. I also didn’t mention that they also do kids and teen. Big bonus. Definitely you should go to Jeannie’s to get your haircut or any other beauty stuff!
It's unfortunate that I didn't get to even have an experience at this salon. I had received many recommendations from others on Facebook. I've been kind of down in the dumps after having a bad fall, and breaking my shoulder in three places. My long hair keeps getting tangled in the sling I have to wear now. I called to make an appointment last Thursday, to go in Friday.Friday came, and they called me to reschedule because they apparently overbooked. I had no problem with that, and I appreciated that they had called before I left, since I have to get rides everywhere now, however, I rescheduled for Saturday, the very next day. Saturday morning came and I wasn't feeling good, so I called to see if perhaps I could come in a little bit later. I was relieved that I called because nobody had put my appointment in the book I guess. Had I taken an Uber there, to find that out, I would've been so much more upset. Maybe it's just not meant to be, that I cut my hair? Lol I wish them the best though.
Really enjoyed the experience . Great conversation while I waited for my appointment and service was top notch . Would definitely be returning. Great color options and tons of design options .
