“I called because I had a water stain on my carpet and they came the next day and did a rush job, not cleaning everything. But I would have never known if I had not used WHITE BAKING SODA trying to clean it myself which led me to notice where they didn't steam clean because the carpet was still white and had plenty of white flakes under the bed. They left so quickly without asking me if everything was okay. THEY RUSHED OUT. Later that evening I went in to clean up and found the stain was still there.
Here are the excuses he gave:
1) I called and sent the attached photo and he asked me - Is that the SAME stain? Of course it was!
2) Then he said, the cleaner said he tried to get the stain out but could not. NO HE DID NOT because half the stain was removed easily, he just didn't care to get it all.
3) Then he said- Oh the cleaner said he couldn't move the storage bin near the stain. Well, I was 10 feet away, he couldn't ask me about it? Just ignore it and leave.
They didn't clean under the bed where the spill happened and I showed them- this is the stain and it went under the bed.
They did send a new team the next day who did a marvelous job, introduced themselves by name and asked me to show them everything and did everything correctly and asked if I was satisfied. My advice - PUT DOWN BAKING SODA so you can see if they actually did the work. The rest of my room looks exactly the same.
RESPONSE TO OWNER - This review should be 1 star. Because I did not want to have you come out to my home again disturbing my workday because your cleaner did not TALK to me to ensure that the job was done properly and did a poor job of cleaning. Maybe they will get away with doing this over and over but I call out mediocrity. My review was accurate. Everything I said happened HAPPENED. The storage bin was empty and the portable A/c was on top of it. I could move it with one hand. He could have too like he moved my window seat and my pictures leaning against the wall. Same weight. But he didn't want to and he didn't want to talk to me about it to ensure that the job was done properly. Your response was inaccurate. I sent you the photo FIRST to show you where he did not clean. You did not request it. You did not send people to RECLEAN areas like around the bin or under the bed because they were not cleaned the first time. My review was accurate. Everything I said happened HAPPENED.

Mauricio, one of the workers for Bella Cleaning showed up like a knight in shining armor. Confident. Strong. Politely Asks for details. Assesses the issue and takes care of it without guidance.
I had to have them come out to my apartment for a THIRD TIME because I still had a strong smell from the water that I spilled. It turns out that I had left my storage bin on top of the damp carpet so it never dried. But I didn't know that until Mauricio checked it.
After he was done cleaning, he invited me to take a look, helped me create a new set up for my portable a/c so that I could still use it while the carpet dried, set up the new arrangement for me and then vacummed another part of my room where he saw I had spilled baby powder, without me even thinking of asking him.
Mauricio is the type of worker you want to come to your home. I always feel anxious when workers are around, but I didn't feel that way when he was there. He is an asset to the company, and I want you to know, he made everything better. Thank you, Mauricio.”
