Clean facility and equipment is pretty much clean and whenever repairs are happening it usually doesn't take long, a welcoming atmosphere, and some of the staff are so friendly and make you feel welcoming however I had a couple experiences with some of the staff that while their working out don't make me use certain equipment with the excuse that they will use it. (Not trainers) The guy name Jose is who I notice had that behavior to other people in the facility But I still believe this place will improve specially when it comes to customer service.

Stave has been an incredible instructor and mentor throughout my weight loss journey. His patience and understanding of my limitations have helped me overcome my fears and build my confidence. I’m truly grateful for his support, and I always look forward to his training sessions.

As a member of the West Dundee location. I could definitely say that I’ve been coming to this gym ever since it opened. Management at this club is incredible and friendly. He takes pride in his gym. Recently I noticed hierarchy has been visiting the club and from what I could tell, criticizing on the cleanliness. I personally feel there’s other areas they need to focus on. Don’t worry so much about a clean floor and maybe worry about that. A lot of the equipment is 13 years old, rusty and falling apart. Us members want new equipment every so often.
