He came out to assess the problem. He told us that they can work on the exterior so we don’t have to worry about our interior finishes. It took them 3 days of digging to find the crack and fix the problem. Since then we had a few heavy rain storms and our basement is perfect dry. We couldn’t be happier.

“Lily and her team are the closest thing to believing in God, for me, personally. For the last year, I have non-stop been going through super hard/difficult times. My mental health was a direct reflection on the chaos of my house. (Divorce, death, etc.) I felt like I had lost control of my sanity for a minute there from being so overwhelmed with life. The communication throughout the process was beautiful. I came home, and I cried because I was so impressed and relieved. Fast forward.. post divorce, I moved out and got a new place. Started fresh, etc. Lily was consistent with follow up texts throughout the year, even when I wasn’t able to hire her. I was finally able to book her again at my new place, and was once again, extremely overwhelmed and embarrassed to have to hand the task off to her. I can’t believe someone was so willing to put so much effort into helping me organize and get everything together, once again. I cried a second time lol. I genuinely can say that I don’t think my mental health would be as good as it is now after having the help from Lily’s Cleaning Service. I cannot recommend her enough. The quality of care she puts into her craft is unparalleled. To some, it might just seem like a cleaning situation, but to me personally, she’s changed my life!
