Late last summer, a strong hail-producing storm swept through our area. Afterwards, it seemed like every other house on our block had hail damage claims approved for a new roof. Naturally, my wife and I decided to file our own claim.

Where she truly excelled, though, was after our insurance provider denied the claim. This was despite their own inspector initially saying the roof would be covered.
Dealing with any large home improvement (especially concerning dealing with insurance policies) can be stressful. Fresh Page and our main contact, Alan, made the experience painless. His communications were immediate and was 110% accommodating when we needed some back and forth with our adjuster. The roof replacement was also a different experience than most.
