Kat has been b e g g i n g me to get on her table for years now lol, and boy oh boy do I regret not going in sooner! This woman is the bomb! I'm a hairstylist and regularly weight lift so theses muscles are tired. she takes time to really know what to focus based on your lifestyle, very educated on how to get the joints and muscles unlocked and relaxed.
