John is honest and amazing! By the time I called Zeilinga, I already had 5 visits to my property by other septic professionals. My closing was set for the following day and I was simply requesting a price on a new septic tank, because that is what I was told by the other companies. One even quoted me $10k.

John took a look and said he could remove the roots causing the issue and my tank was otherwise in great shape. Not only that, he could do it that day and provide the written inspection I would need. I’m sure this was situation dependent. Please don’t read this review and hold him to that.

I dont know if anyone remembers me asking about a septic company 2 days ago in this local group, and I was truly clueless. In this group the 1st person tgat reached out suggested zellinga, and I saw they were near the old cascade theater. I contacted them but 16 other people suggested a different company and I had another drop by. Now when the guy from zellinga showed up he opened my tank and said "dude you just saved a fortune since I'm here" then showed me my float was shot. It really was shot. John came out and looked at our septic system and gave us a very fair and honest opinion which is rare now a days. He did not try and upsell us and offered us very reasonable solutions. He even came over on Memorial Day! John is a great guy and I cannot recommend him enough.
