This is a first for me. I called Visco Electric after a positive recommendation for a service call. He took the time to patiently walk me through a series of steps to fix the problem over the phone. It worked. The problem was with a nonworking wall outlet & garbage disposal. I offered to pay him for his time on the telephone with me and he said no charge but he would appreciate referrals. You can be sure his name & business number will be given to friends & family.
