It seems like all the bad reviews are out of date. I arrived at 2:50. When you come for a pickup just back into whatever door is open between 2 and 7 then go check in. You have to wait for a forklift driver so depends on how busy they are as to how long you wait. My experience was good. In and out in 45 minutes.

I've heard about this place from other drivers that is pretty bad but today In and out ! I spoke with the lady who handles the paperwork, everything was good to go before i got there. Loaded within an hour

The Ladies at the window of Receiving are Phenomenal. The Facility is clean and organized. However all but one forklift Driver named "John" is the bad apple. I've seen him on each of my visits(3) be snotty with not only the drivers but other forklift operators as well. I might even give a call in because people like this never get stopped and will continue to be the way they are. Behavior like this will cause someone to act out and that wouldn't be good. Other than that this place runs very well!
