The initial consultation was good, but then the outlined process I was told wasn't accurate. First, I was told that the initial felling, pruning, and stump removal would be on the same day. The tree planting would be later once it could be sourced. Then later it was the felling and prunign on one day, with the stumping and planting on a different day. In reality, the felling and pruning happened on one day as scheduled and things seemed to be good. I was given a day for when the planting would occur, but it that day came and went with nothing. We have been using Davey Tree for about 20 years. They are very professional and knowledgeable. When we have had the need for tree removal, the only thing they leave behind is a hole in the sky. They also do excellent care in preventive care. We highly recommend them.

We recently had some trimming and planting done by Davey and were very pleased with the results from the initial planning visit to the actual planting our concerns and questions were all addressed. The tree that was planted was larger than we expected, and the crew did an excellent job of cleaning up.
