Their early morning routes during a heatwave demonstrate their commitment to maintaining cleanliness in the community. Overall, LRS strives to provide exceptional service, showcasing a strong company culture and dedication to their customers.
They have picked up the trash 2 times out of the last five weeks This week I watched their trucks slow down and drive by 2 times With just once a week pickup this company is horrible Just goes to show that when bigger companies buy out little companies The cost goes up constantly The service goes down substantially Like so many others If I could leave a Zero Star review I would. That is all this company deserves
Have needed to call there several times in the past couple weeks and it has taken AT LEAST 45 minutes for them to even answer the phone. Then when you get someone they arent able to retain the answers you give them so the questions they ask. Incredibly frustrating. Currently on hold with them for one hour and four minutes because I had to call to ask when a dumpster I had spent an hour ordering was never delivered. Ive lost hours of work time to this company.
They don’t even answer the phones… terrible company all around. Our town needs to switch to a different garbage pickup but I’m sure they paid our mayor well enough where that will never happen
