We had our carpeting removed and had Bellawood flooring installed. The experience was very good. The only mess ups where the quarter round and threshold were not delivered when the flooring was delivered. The staff at LL Flooring rushed the material to my house so nothing was delayed. Great staff like Theresa, at LL Flooring.
I purchased and installed Bruce Slate Oak flooring and with Bruce there were a lot of very short pieces and defective pieces that had splits and defects. LL flooring says in their terms that they will exchange defective merchandise . NOT SO!! I had about a 5% defect rate that could not be used and they would not exchange it. So if you buy Bruce flooring from them expect a 10% waste of product that you cannot use.
I've had an amazing experience so far with LL Flooring-West Chicago starting with Ronnell and now with Theresa. She has also gone above and beyond with helping me schedule my delivery. Very impressed! :)
