I've been seeing Dr. Dena Spencer for a number of years now. She is professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Usually, I'm in her waiting room less than 15 minutes before my name is called. Her staff members are pleasant and conversational. I have never experienced any pain or discomfort in her care.
This place is very professional. Dr. Spencer is accommodating to everyone and is a kind individual. I've been going to Gateway Dental for 9 years and can say it is a good dental clinic.
A couple of weeks ago, one of my crowns became unglued, and I ended up breaking another one. My usual dentist couldn’t fit me in until two weeks later, so I called my insurance provider and found Gateways Dental. I called Monday morning, and they were able to see me the same day. Dr. Spencer glued my crown back on and scheduled me to remove the broken crown a week later.
I just finished my second visit, and once again, my appointment was at 4:30. The doctor ran into some complications with the broken crown, but she stuck around and managed to finish.
