A year ago after a lot of research we found Chris heating & cooling to be the best choice for our new units. After a year of install & service we feel very confident in this company & would highly recommend them. Today Javier & Chris were the two techs that came out for our yearly checkup. Very professional & kind. Everyone we we have had contact with have been very informative, hard working & honest.
Ricardo arrived ahead of time and introduced himself and then got to work. I watched as he checked out the furnace and he educated me on how this mysterious device works and what he was testing. He was very professional.
Good professional family owned company that really knows their field and always goes above and beyond to explain beneficial products and help you understand all your options. They also always work extra hard to make sure you are happy with your product. Ricardo, Tim, Francisco, and Hugo were all great and even went above an beyond to give me a hand with a few other small handy man projects that took a few minutes. They were projects that I was having some issues with. They were all very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in so many ways. You should definitely check out and use Chris Mechanical.
