Great experience from start to finish. Javier came out to service my old unit, was thorough, and actually showed me the issues rather than just telling me a new one was needed. I also liked that the company sends a photo of the technician before they arrive.
The next day Jon came out to walk me through my options. He was honest and straightforward no pressure, just a clear assessment of what I needed.

I’ve been using Chris Heating & Cooling for over 25 years and have always been satisfied with their service and reliability. Javier was out today doing the AC cleaning and testing and he answered all my questions well.
The end of April we had a hot episode of weather, my 19 y.o. system broke down and needed replacing.
I looked up 5 star ratings and best reviews, picked Chris Heating and Cooling.
They were quick to come out, no b.s., good price and availability. Following Monday they were out with a new heating and cooling system. The front office keeps you in the loop with texts. Who's coming out, picture photos, and time within 30 min. No waiting around for half a morning or half a day.
Chris values your business and your time.
The service techs put on shoe covers everytime they entered my home, even knocked on the door each time. I have 2 good sized dogs, no issues.
