Jeff did a great job at explaining in detail any question I had. Very patient and I wasn’t rushed. Jeff sent me pictures of the spots he sprayed and let me know when he was finished with the job. This was the first time out so hopefully I will see a difference soon.
The scheduling service is very bad the company gives you a day but not a time and then you get a text saying we will be there in 15 to 45 minutes not the best way of scheduling

Your tech came out today. He texted beforehand to let me know what time he’d be here. He asked if I was still having any issues inside the house, which I’m not. He was polite, professional and extremely thorough, taking care of all the usual places. He also sprayed a few other places that I pointed out in the front yard. He let me know when he was done and let me know about the bait boxes that I had asked about. Very thorough! 10/10
