Our service personnel was amazing and so through! I really appreciated it when he took my concerns regarding my wasp allergy seriously and went the extra mile and put me at ease by walking me through all the hot spots and what he did.
It was super hot but he was so helpful and in good spirits! Thank you!!
Over the last few weeks, I noticed that wasps had created a nest on the side of our house. I sprayed it but it was too high for me to reach and remove. I was going to ask the Aptive team if they could help to remove it but I forgot to do so before this latest appointment on 9/25. However, to my surprise, after I returned from work, I saw from the pictures that James noticed the nest and removed it without me even asking. To me, this represents a pride in work that is rare nowadays. In addition to doing this, James also ensured that the rest of the exterior was covered. Thanks to James and the Aptive team for doing a great job.
Giorgio who I met today did an excellent job! This was my first treatment and I was surprised at the amount of detail he performed. I had him only perform the exterior and basement this visit per my wife’s request and he was very cooperative. He also took the time to document what he did, where he placed the mice traps, and txt’d me pics of their locations. He also took down two rather large wasp nests in the eaves of my garage. Very professional and respectful to the property. My dog even liked him.
All in all I am looking forward to his next visit. So far Aptive’s chemicals and treatment do not seem invasive.
Thank you.
