Horrible service they say one price on the phone and when you get there a whole new price .Second she left some spots still didn’t even clean up right and I always tip them but this time I said you know what no because she made think I was lying. She also kept ripping the string on my face and she was being way too rough . She kept telling the other lady Right “prices are 15” she shook her head and I said no I called they said it’s always 12 now I’m here and it’s 15

The new worker is terrible the main women wasn’t there so I compromised and instantly regretted it she put the lashes directly on my skin & waterline causing me to be in unbearable pain when I asked her to remove the lashes she refused and also refused to give me the number to the owner as a loyal customer it’s disheartening how i was treated today !!

I was a very loyal customer for 7 years. New worker everytime and they always do an excellent job. I watched the price for threading go up. Originally it was $8. Then covid happened so they bumped it up to $12. I went in for threading today and it was quick because I dont have much eyebrows I just wanted it to be shaped though. Again new worker, still an excellent job, but this time it's $15 just for that 3 min of threading. The worker deserved a tip, but that price took it already. That price is ridiculous. Sadly I have to look elsewhere next time. I won't be coming back anymore.

She was very welcoming. Walk ins are welcomed! She was quick and efficient. She did brow threading and tinting for my mom and I. The results are great! Will come back again. She offers a lot. A very hardworking entrepreneur.Wonderful place for threading and facials! Bhumi does a great job and we’re so happy we found this salon! Clean, cute and has great service! I am very very happy with my eyebrows and tint😊 thankyou so much 🙏

I was going to come in to get my brows done but after reading the negative feedback and how they reply.... like there bad business and rudeness didn't matter and its ok to treat customers that way.I rather go else where!

The check-in process here is easy but there could be a long wait sometimes. Bhoomi did a good job with my eyebrows, but it's quite expensive compared to other places. Would go again
