They had me do an unpaid orientation. I believe under labor laws, that it is not allowed. It has been three weeks no call for any work. They are not reliable

I gave 3 stars all because I did not agree with providing my credentials by way of the actual Diploma. I feel my transcript was safer. I didn’t like the requirement of having to pay out my pocket for a fingerprint background check especially when I was requested by the client. Told I would be scheduled for 5 days a week but my client does not want that for the small amount of hours he is awarded. The customer service was acceptable quality.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I tried to setup one of my patients with their HH services and they are very unreliable, unprofessional and rude. I highly recommend taking your services elsewhere.

I came to Serenity to help me find care for my grandparents and the office staff was very attentive and professional. This office is by far the best one in the region that I’ve ever visited providing this services. I feel extremely confident and excited to bring my grandparents in and have them get the best care possible.

If I could give this place a negative 4stars I would to begin with the homemakers I have had to clean well but rearrange items and not telling clients where they are, I have had about $250 total of value if items stolen or wasted as they are here, also they trying to kill my lungs by mixing chemicals together and burning chemicals on the stove a lot of no call no shows and no communication with anyone at anytime in an situation and the people they hire don’t drive at all I have had several people who didn’t drive and I had to use about $100 plus dollars for rides Also no regards to ur work schedule

This agency is consistently has problems with supplying weekend care. Every weekend in the month of January we have had atleast one day with no care provided. !!! 01/26/2025 once again it's Sunday and no call no show from our CNA. I was guaranteed last week this problem was solved.
