I am the biggest fan of Lavell and his team at Paul Davis Restoration of Lake County. We had not one, not two, but three totally random and unrelated water events in our house in 2023. (Burst pipe in the basement, different burst pipe from a water filter in our kitchen, toilet on the 3rd floor spilling down to the 2nd floor.) Boy was I happy to have these guys helping me. I've also recommended them to neighbors who have been pleased. The team communicates well, they show up when they say they will, they leave the place clean when the leave each day, they respond to feedback and requests, they even gave me helpful suggestions for how to repaint the basement to make it...read full review
