Nice people but don't speak English I have called trying to get a hold of my stylist Marlen. I have called to speak to her or ask them to put down my number to have her call me back and they don't understand what I'm saying.so I have no idea how to get a hold of this lady she colored and cut my hair at the time I thought it was really cute it was styled freshly colored but since the cut I cannot style it because its short layerd i can't straighten it or curl it, it has to be blow-dried a certain way i guess. since the color it's bad I waited 5 days to wash my hair in cold water and that first wash my roots immediately turned pink my ends are a dark burgundy and I have...read full review

I have been going here since they opened and have never been disappointed with anything whether it's a haircut and updo eyebrow waxing. Whatever might be and the prices are very reasonable.Services: Bridal services

I scheduled a hair dye appointment at 1pm I showed up about 15 minutes early. Literally didn't get attended until 1:10 and that was after the lady greeted me and told my scheduled stylist I had arrived. My stylist was too busy talking on the phone in the back by 1:15 she just managed to part my hair and left me sitting there until 1:30 by almost 1:40 is when she started the bleaching process I was honestly so close to walking out since she didn't want to come out and stop talking to people on the phone. After the entire process which wasn't too bad and didn't take that long she left me sitting with the final vitamin for my hair but I really had to go since it was already a bit more than the 3-4 hour she told me I would have to come back and just let her know I had to go but lord and behold she was on the phone talking again. While I really appreciate she didn't murder my hair like a previous salon it still wasn't exactly what I wanted still looks nice in a way. Overall the Salon is good, but the time consumption with gossiping her co workers and being on the phone was unprofessional. I don't recommend having plans they day of your appointment because best believe you won't be out on scheduled time.
