Natural Balance has so much to offer beyond massages, including really great classes like yoga, intuitive eating, and sound baths. They also offer hipnosis. The team provides a whole experience that clients love, with excellent appointment management. Many clients have been using their services for years and highly recommend booking.

I have been seeing Laura for monthly massages for six months now. She is very personalized and can read the body well, seemingly finding areas of tightness I didn't even know I had. Her massages are not only relaxing, but therapeutic. I always feel like a new person leaving my appointment!

Natural Balance is a clean, professional and welcoming environment to visit. I look forward to my massages with Laura and even travel over 30 mins to see her because she is worth it.

Laura is phenomenal. I have been seeing her at Natural Balance for almost three years now. She helps me manage my chronic neck and upper back pain. She is attentive, kind, goes above and beyond, and really listens to my concerns and puts together a comprehensive pain management plan. If we are in the middle of a massage and she discovers a knot that we didn't expect, she immediately shifts gears and attacks it. I couldn't function sitting at a desk all day without her.
