terrible experience, they call my mother in law to let her know our taxes were done despite them having my husbands number. he goes to pick them up and they ask him to come tomorrow, he comes the next they and they ask him to come next week. i call them for an explanation and they put me on hold for 10 min. so i call again and again and they never answer. i call my mother in law because she recommended them to us and the finally answer her and tell her they lost our paperwork. i pick up my things and go myself to speak to them and ask why they’re talking to my mother in law and not me. the lady i spoke to was SO RUDE so not only do i have to deal with their incompetence, you also have to deal with a nasty attitude. i keep telling her i need them to guarantee my taxes will be done today and she says they will and ignores me. another lady was nice enough to tell me not to worry that she will take care of my paperwork for me.
update: they texted my mother in law complaining about my review and, once again sharing the information of my tax documents saying i should be grateful instead of leaving a bad review. so unprofessional.

Be careful going here, I went through a lot and I didn't even know. what was going on. after so many texts, email and calls, still no answer after days and weeks. As customers, you do want we tell you to do, not what you think is best. after all I'm still trying to contact them and they still ghosted me. Not professional.

This review is long over due. Like 6 years to be exact. Some people do not understand not only their own taxes let alone the tax system. This location has such an amazing team. They take the time to look for things no corporate tax location would do. The charge is not enough for the support that this team gives year after year.

Numerous calls and emails with no response! First time I went and drove for almost an hour to deliver my paperwork for the business tax return. Lydia spoke with me and said she will let me know what is needed via an email. This was around 2/17. Since then I have been trying to call, leave messages, sent emails - only to receive a response back about a week ago saying she knows she ghosted my but would still like to do my taxes. I said okay, and today again I am being ghosted. This is beyond acceptable in my books, so I am now going to find a new account who wants my business. I had the courtesy of leaving a message for them today to not bother even anymore.

My mom and I stopped coming here about two years ago. We dropped off our paperwork and did not hear back from them for about a month. When we called they stated the person that was supposed to work on them had a emergency and would get back to us. We did not hear back for another week until my mom and I went in person and they couldn’t find our paperwork, the lady helping us was starting to be rude to us and started to ask us if we were sure that we dropped off our documents with them to begin with. Would not recommend.
