Horrible experience with Ivan did an appointment over the phone last week for today when we got here he said I sent you a message with a confirmation of the appointment how d*** of him he sent a message with only confirmation for may 12@12:30 didn't even say it was him .Even gave me an attitude knowing it was his fault and his mistake.

Love my experiences at El Secreto Beauty Salon. I love the neck massages, the wonderfully long massaging shampoo, the cut is always great. The stylists do a fabulous job. And the wine is a sweet touch. Highly recommend!
