I recently did a session of Accessing Consciousness Bars with Megan! This was experience was new to me and she did a great job of explaining the process to me. The massage table I laid on was comfy, the room was inviting and there is even a little store with reasonably priced items! It was amazing and so relaxing! I will definitely be returning! The only room for improvement was there was a yoga class starting while I was there, so I could hear people's voices. But, this was only a few minutes. Overall it was great!

I had my first ever yoga class (it was the candlelit restorative class) with Stephanie. Wow, was I impressed!! She made it so easy to understand what I was supposed to be doing and what the moves did for our body. It was fun, relaxing and allowed me some much needed downtime to just be present in the moment. Stephanie is a wonderful instructor and I highly recommended any of her classes!!
