Miguel, the field technician, was exceptional. Not only did he address the immediate issue, but he also took the time to walk me through the system's key components like the tank, baffles, aerator, and drain field and explained best practices for long term maintenance. He highlighted common mistakes and gave practical advice tailored to my setup. He's an awesome dude.
They did a great job on our project. Quickly took care of an issue that came up about year after installation, without question.

LCT did a wonderful job replacing our septic system with a new lift station and septic tank. They delivered a well coordinated project from quote to permits to install for less than the competition. The state inspector complemented them on the day of install and told us separately that Lake Cook Trenching is the best in Chicagoland area.
