Thank you Epic Floors for such an amazing experience!! I stopped in on a whim to get pricing on vinyl planks or carpet. Janis spent the next hour walking me through both options, and helping me choose colors. A few days later Tom did measurements and provided me with a quote. They were super accommodating with an install date and the finished product is exactly what I envisioned. The installers, Randy & Andy were awesome, they protected the carpet and brought all garbage back with them—-even swept up on their way out. Epic Floors to the rescue!! Our condominium complex was in desperate need of replacing a specific type outdoor carpeting for one of our catwalks. We brought our search to Janis who in turn did her magic in sourcing out what we needed. The estimated time from when Eric came out to measure and carpet installed was spot on. Andy and Randy did a fantastic job with the installation. We look forward to working with them again in the near future.
