We started working with DTS in 2021 when we were building out a new office. Since then they have done a total tech upgrade on a different office, and we just finished working with them on a build out for another new office. Carl and Mike worked with us every step of the way from meeting on site for initial planning through the installation and for any follow-up needed after the install. They are always available for questions and assistance throughout the projects. When it comes to installation, Nick and Joe are amazing, as is the rest of their installation team. We also use them for tech support for our offices. They are very helpful and easy to work with. I highly recommend DTS for any projects, big or small, and for their support services.
We couldn't be happier with our experience with DTS. From the initial installation many years ago to the support we receive, we have been amazed at how smoothly our technology works thanks to them. We are even upgrading things with them this summer and feel very confident in giving them our highest recommendation to our friends in dentistry.
DTS are the guys to go with for a dental start up! I had very high expectations as I planned to be a very technology based dental office. Carl and Mike did a great job walking me through everything needed for the office as well as connecting me with outside contacts they trust for various things such as internet provider for example. Not only was the best technology a priority, but esthetics were also a concern and Carl worked very closely with me to pick all of the equipment to fit our needs down to even what mouse and keyboard were needed.
