Overall excellent. Not referring to today's visit, I understand that companies have limits on services but they could be explained to the customer in friendlier tones of voice.
We had an excellent experience with Nick and his team at all temp. Service was fast, and efficient. High Quality work! Saved us from melting! Thanks guys! We will continue to use them.
We have been using All-Temp for 24 years. Furnace replacement 24 years ago, and AC unit replacement 9 years ago. The tech doing the annual AC service was very competent, knew her tasks and did a really thorough job cleaning and checking out the unit.
She identified a need to have the system leaked checked and then will determine how much R410 may be needed to bring the systems back to full operating condition.
